At Wedio, we offer a 48-hour return policy for all purchases made with our Escrow Service. Here is how to initiate a return:
1. Contact our support.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the gear. We will document and confirm your wish to return your order and guide you through the next steps.
2. Ship the gear back.
Send the equipment back fully insured and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in most cases.
3. Receive a refund.
Finally, we will refund you the full purchase price (excluding 3% service fee, additional costs from Third-Party Check, and the initial shipping costs). Read more.
NB: If you contact Wedio later than 48 hours after receiving the gear your request will be canceled.
