If the buyer decides to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it, you as a seller must accept this no matter the reason. If the buyer wants to return the gear after 48 hours of receiving it, you as a seller can decide yourself if you want to accept the return or not.

The buyer returns the gear by contacting Wedio Support within 48 hours of receiving the gear. Once the return is authorized, the buyer must ship the item back to the seller fully insured using our shipping partner, and the seller must confirm receipt of the returned item. Once the return is confirmed by the seller, the buyer will receive a refund.
