In case of damage or theft, the renter is responsible for paying 15% of the replacement value or repair cost, but a minimum of £285 in the UK, and a minimum of €335 in the EU.

In the case of voluntary parting, the lender gets reimbursed, less a 15% deductible, which is calculated based on the value of the equipment. The equipment's value is also calculated by how much a piece of equipment depreciates in value each year.

Reimbursement will be paid out to lenders with or without VAT depending on the lender's status.

The Wedio Global Coverage is secondary to existing coverage procured by the owner.

In case of damage or theft, and assuming the claim is approved, you will be reimbursed for the value of the equipment rented or the cost of repair, less a deductible, which will be reimbursed by the renter.

In case of voluntary parting, and assuming the claim is approved, you will be reimbursed for the value of the equipment rented, less a 15% deductible, which is calculated based on the value of the equipment.
