"Third-Party Check" is an optional service that buyers can add to their order at an additional cost. It allows the buyer to have an independent third-party inspect the equipment before finalizing the purchase. This provides an additional level of security and assurance for the buyer.

When a buyer selects Third-Party Check, as a seller, you will be notified and given instructions on how to proceed. You should ship the gear to the selected Third-Party Partner and not directly to the buyer. Wedio will provide you with all the shipping details and instructions on how to proceed.

Once the inspection is complete, Wedio will provide a report to both the buyer and the seller. If the equipment passes inspection, the buyer will proceed with the purchase and payment will be released to the seller. If the equipment fails inspection, the buyer can either cancel the order or negotiate with the seller for a lower price based on the inspection results.

Sellers should be aware that if a buyer selects Third-Party Check, it may take longer for the transaction to be completed, as the inspection process can take some time to schedule and complete. However, it can provide an additional layer of protection and assurance for both the buyer and the seller.

It's important to note that Third-Party Check is an optional service offered by Wedio, and not all buyers will choose to use it. If a buyer does not select Third-Party Check, the transaction will proceed as usual, and the payment will be released to you once the buyer has confirmed that they have received the equipment in the expected condition.
